Yoga is a great practice to add to your daily or weekly routine! There are sooo many benefits both physical and mental that come along with yoga!

The best part is that a little amount can go a long way. For example, just taking ten minutes every morning or night to do some yoga can give you lots of great benefits! Of course the more you do the better and quicker the results are!
If you decide to try out yoga, continue to do so for at least two weeks to a month to see how your body and mind react to it. Write or just think about your progress to see how yoga helped you.
