Healing the Inner Child – An 8-Week Online Program
Week #1 – Return to Paradise
☑ Exercise “the divine child” – learn how to hear and connect to your inner child
☑ Exercise “a magical lake” – return to the paradise and fulfill yourself with love, security, freedom, and happiness
☑ Exercise “a turtle” – relax, relieve anxiety, feel protected by a strong turtle shell and find a secure place within
Week #2 – Birth as the Miracle of Life!
☑ Meditation “3 wishes by the goldfish”:
1. Be protected
2. Be loved
3. Be happy
☑ Exercise “my divine parents”– feel the importance and value of your life, experience your parents’ love from the joy of your birth and receive the divine blessing to have a happy and successful life.
☑ Exercise “the divine egg”– let yourself be reborn and see the world as a great place to live. Let it be an abundant place where there is always someone to protect you.
Week #3 – Parents’ Love, as the Foundation for a Happy Life
☑ Exercise “the list of childhood joys” – get in touch with your childhood desires, become a happy child again, release stress, be worry-free, and enjoy your life again.
☑ Exercise “fresh milk” – with mother’s milk, a child receives all the necessary nutrients and vitamins. This practice will help you to heal your body, and give your inner child everything that you did not receive during the first year of your life.
☑ Exercise “the summer rain” – rain is the symbol of the father who feeds, nurtures, protects and helps a child to grow. If your father did not take care of you when you were a child, then you might develop a victim’s personality – a person who lives in constant anxiety and fears. This exercise will help you to create a healing place in your inner world, and our inner state always affects our real-life relationships.
Week #4 – Pause and Reflect
☑ Work with the Inner Child always takes a lot of energy and strength. A pause in this healing process is absolutely necessary to avoid any breakdowns.
☑ This is an opportunity to catch up (if you fall behind the group), once again repeat the exercises that for you were working on during the first 3 weeks, and reflect on the results.
☑ This is the week of transition to the next level of maturity: working with aggression and hidden fears
Week #5 – Transformation of a Child’s Aggression
☑ Exercise “a toad in the swamp” – release your inner aggression in a safe way, learn how to overcome “shoulda/coulda/woulda” and “I have to/I must”, and ALLOW yourself anything you want, to accept your body and yourself for who you truly are
☑ Exercise “I can!” – the ability to be in charge of your own life, create your own rules and take responsibility for the results
☑ Exercise “4 ways to respond to rudeness” – learn how to see your own destructive reactions in order to change them
Week #6 – Hidden Inner Child’s Fears and Anxieties
☑ Exercise “meeting the inner monster” – the opportunity to see your fear, to understand your fear, to connect with your ‘inner monster’ in order to feed and calm it down
☑ Meditation “the source of my strength” – open your internal source of strength and abundance
☑ Exercise “overcoming the fear of a great spider” – the ability to overcome your inner fears and leave them in childhood
Week #7 – Healthy Boundaries and Self-Esteem
☑ Exercise “how to say – no” – learn to protect your boundaries (special techniques and practice – what to say and how to say it)
☑ Exercise “5 ways to go” – the ability to find an exit from any situation, understand that you always have a choice – not one – but multiple choices. Train your ability to choose your reaction rather than act on emotions. This is one of the most important qualities that everybody needs to learn in order to be successful in the adult world!
☑ Exercise “talisman for happiness” – give your Inner Child a magic talisman for happiness, start seeing love and abundance in your real life!
Week #8 – Conclusion!
☑ Summing up the entire training.
☑ Answers all the remaining questions on all exercises
☑ What to do next? Recommendations, advice, and directions on how to continue this healing process on your own.
☑ The last session will be one of the most important steps in your journey. The moment of graduation and moving on to the next level or your life!
